Animal-Free
Hongjin believes that faux fur isn’t just a substitute for animal fur, but rather a fashion textile with endless possibility. We work to develop more designs and textures unique to faux fur while keeping the plush, warm feel expected of fur.
sustainable materials
Many of our faux furs are made mostly with post-consumer recycled materials; some are 100% made of recycled polyester! We’re also putting our all in developing items using materials made with less energy consumption, less CO2 emissions, and less water. Hongjin’s quest for sustainable faux fur comes together in a single collection: ecomo , which is expanding every season.
ECO-EFFICIENT PROCESSES
We are always working to make our manufacturing processes safer and more efficient. For example, almost 100% of the water that is used for our dyeing process is purified and reused. We also drastically reduce fiber waste by reusing leftover fibers as pre-consumer recycled material for certain furs.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
We make sure that all the fibers that go into making our faux furs are certified like us. And we meticulously test each shipment of chemicals that we use for faults before using them, ensuring product safety and minimizing waste of materials.
